Jeff Wanner, CEO and President

Jeff Wanner, the driving force behind PairPEO, brings a wealth of experience and passion to the professional employer organization (PEO) industry. Jeff began his PEO career at Insperity, where he quickly recognized that there was a more effective way to assist clients in finding the perfect PEO match for their unique needs. This insight inspired him to establish PairPEO in March 2019, with a mission to revolutionize the way businesses connect with PEO services.

Jeff’s vision for PairPEO is rooted in his commitment to providing personalized and strategic collaborations with clients.

Matt Butler is the CRO at PairPEO, a national PEO broker and HR advisory firm. Matt has nearly two decades of experience working with PEOs, where he has helped hundreds of small, medium, and middle-market businesses simplify HR, manage risk, and lower HR operational costs while unlocking growth opportunities and enhancing profitability.

As a serial entrepreneur and active investor, Matt is deeply involved in the capital markets and understands how HR & PEOs can build enterprise value for businesses, investors, and shareholders while scaling operations and optimizing people strategies.

Most importantly, Matt is a family man, a devoted husband, and a proud father of three.

Broc Buxton, Vice President of Operations

Broc thrives on solving complex challenges — from helping clients navigate their PEO medical renewals to streamlining internal processes for his team. He takes pride in bringing clarity to complicated issues and finds the greatest reward in the relief business owners feel when a tough problem is handled.

His passion for connecting people and creating meaningful solutions extends beyond client work. Broc is driven to understand what matters most to the businesses and individuals he serves and is committed to supporting their success — both professionally and personally.

When he’s not at PairPEO, Broc is immersed in sports and staying active. A diehard Cleveland sports fan, he follows the Guardians, Cavaliers, and never misses a Browns game. He enjoys sand volleyball, golf, bowling, and pickleball, and loves traveling with his wife and spoiling their adopted French Bulldog, Luigi.
